Iowa Caselaw Update

Iowa Caselaw is a free email service that keeps you abreast of recent cases that have been added to the Iowa Bar’s case law archives.  It costs nothing to subscribe to the service. Once you are subscribed, you will receive an email each time decisions are handed down by the Iowa Supreme Court and Court of Appeals. Each edition summarizes recent cases by topic and provides direct links to the full text of each decision.

Section Newsletters

Electronic Bar Report

Electronic Bar Report debuted in 2006. The Bar Report is a bi-weekly electronic newsletter that is distributed to active members of the Bar who have an email address on file. The Bar Report contains news and information concerning the bar. Each department of the State Bar provides content for the newsletter, and resources and additional information are linked to the State Bar Web site at www.iowabar.org.   The Bar Report was designed to curtail the amount of e-mail sent to members and to centralize e-mail communication services. The responses received from members have been favorable.
